| Rain chances return to the Panhandles Monday morning with off and on chances through Tuesday morning. For the areas that do receive rain, only light rain is expected which will lead to light amounts generally around a quarter inch. Isolated thunderstorms may develop that could have slightly heavier rain in addition to lightning which is most favored in the southern Texas Panhandle (south of a stalled front). Still, areas in the south that see more than 1.0" will be very limited, with chances of one inch or more only around 10-15%. |
